Supercharged Super Corvette Spy Photos

By Paul Crowe

It looks like the Super Corvette is on track to make it on to the streets. Spy photos of the supervette showed up on Autoweek’s website, taken by Chris Doane for Brenda Priddy & Company. The photos show an extra scoop on the hood and the photographer reported a whine emanating from the car, indicating the presence of a supercharger, with speculation being that it’s mounted to a 6.2 liter V8 with about 650hp or so.

When? Model year 2009 likely. Price? If you have to ask, probably north of $100K. Looks like a pretty big gun from the Chevy boys. Nice. Viper? What’s a Viper?
